Well‑maintained properties can be more comfortable to live in and easier to care for over time. RNS Management may be able to help coordinate basic maintenance services with independent local providers, depending on location and availability.
Maintenance needs will differ between a downtown condominium, a detached home, and a cottage or seasonal property. The type of work, timing, and responsibilities will be set out in writing with the owner before any coordination takes place.
